ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ โครงการ เบาแผ่นดิน ปี 4

เบาแ่ผ่นดินคือโครงการที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นจากกลุ่มคนที่รู้จักกันผ่านทางเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ทซึ่งแต่ละคนต่างวัย ต่างอาชีพ
ต่างที่อยู่ แต่มีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน คืออยากทำอะไรดีๆ เพื่อสังคมบ้าง คนละเล็ก คนละน้อย

พวกเรา เบาแผ่นดิน คงไม่กล้าที่จะเอ่ยปากร้องขอข้าวของเงินทอง สิ่งของบริจาคใดๆ เชื่อว่าแต่ละคนต่างมีความ
สามารถ ความถนัด และทรัพยากร ไม่เหมือนกัน ไม่เท่ากัน แต่เป้าหมายเดียวกันคือ “เบาแผ่นดิน” พวกเราเปิดรับ
ทุกความกรุณาที่หยิบยื่นให้ แต่อยากให้ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง ที่เกิดขึ้นกับโครงการเบาแผ่นดินได้มาจากการหยิบยื่น
มากกว่าได้จากการร้องขอ เช่นเดียวกันกับ เด็กชาวเขาที่เรากำลังหยิบยื่นสิ่งต่างๆ ให้ทั้งๆ ที่ในมุมความรู้สึกของ
น้องๆ เหล่านั้น ตัวเค้าเองก็คงไม่ได้คิดว่าเค้่าขาดสิ่งใด หรือต้องร้องขอสิ่งใดจากเราๆ ชาวเมือง

ก่อนการเดินทาง พวกเราตั้งใจไปมอบสิ่งต่างๆ ให้น้องๆ เหล่านั้น เพราะรู้สึกว่าเขาเหล่านั้นขาดสิ่งที่เราไปมอบให้
หลังการเดินทาง ทำให้พวกเรารับรู้ว่า พวกเราต่างหากที่ขาดสิ่งหนึ่งมาตลอดโดยไม่รู้ตัวและพวกเราก็รับการหยิบ
ยื่นจากเด็กดอยใจดีเหล่านั้น กลับคืนมา ร่วมค้นหาสิ่งที่เราขาดหายไป ได้กับ “โครงการเบาแผ่นดิน“

ไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นใคร มีอาพีพอะไร ก็มาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพลังร้างสรรค์ เพื่อผลักดันให้เชียงใหม่กลายเป็นพื้นที่ของ “คนคิดบวก” เพียงแค่ทุกคนร่วมมือกันผลักดันให้เชียงใหม่ก้าวไปข้างหน้า พลังประชาชนก็จะรังสรรค์ให้เมืองเชียงใหม่ กลับมาสดใสเช่นเดิม ยิ่งถ้าคุณมีความคิดบวก มีความคิดที่จะสร้างสรรค์สิ่งดีๆ ให้เกิดขึ้นอยู่แล้วละก็ มาร่วมมือกัน เพื่อเปลี่ยนเชียงใหม่ให้น่าอยู่ด้วยพลังของคุณกันเถอะ

เพื่อสนับสนุนผลงานจากความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของคนในพื้นที่ Think Park จึงร่วมกับ HIP Magazine ชวนคุณมาแสดงออกอย่างสร้างสรรค์ กับ “Think 2009 งานแฟร์คนคิดบวก” มหกรรมโชว์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ผ่านการจัดแสดงและจำหน่ายสินค้า ณ บริเวณ

Think Park สี่แยกรินคำ ถนนนิมมานเหมินท์ เชียงใหม่ วันที่ 1-6 ธันวาคม 2552 เวลา 17:00-24:00 น.

โดยเปิดเป็นเวทีโชว์ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ให้ผู้ซื้อพบกับผู้ขาย เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงเดือนแห่งเทศกาลของจังหวัด เชียงใหม่ แสดงศักยภาพและประกาศจุดยืนของผู้ประกอบการในท้องถิ่น อันแสดงให้เห็นถึงพลังในการสร้างสรรค์และความร่วมมือกันของผู้ประกอบการ ในท้องถิ่น โดยจะมีทุกๆ ปี

งานนี้คุณจะได้พบกับบูธสินค้าและบริการกว่า 100 ร้านค้า โซนนิทรรศการจัดแสดงงานศิลปะ รวมทั้งผลงานจากศิลปิน บุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียง ผลงานของนักศึกษา และกลุ่มนักสร้างสรรค์จากหลากหลายอาชีพในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่  เพลิดเพลินไปกับการแสดงและดนตรีหลากหลายแนว อาทิ แจ๊ส บลูส์ บอสสโนว่า ลาติน ออเครสตร้า รวมทั้งบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มหลายชนิดจากร้ายอร่อยทั่วเชียงใหม่

เที่ยวจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ :: ข้อมูลทั่วไป

เชียงใหม่ นพบุรี ศรีนครพิงค์ หรือเวียงพิงค์ ของพ่อ ขุนเม็งรายมหาราชในอดีต หรือเชียงใหม่ในวันนี้เป็นเมืองที่ รวบรวมศิลปกรรม โบราณวัตถุ ตลอดจนวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม ของลานนาไทยเอาไว้ ส่วนสภาพทางภูมิศาสตร์นั้น พื้นที่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นป่าละเมาะและภูเขา เนื้อที่ ประมาณ 20,107 ตารางกิโลเมตร มีที่ราบอยู่ตอนกลาง ตามสองฟากฝั่งแม่น้ำปิง

เชียงใหม่ มีประวัติความเป็นมาอันยาวนาน ในตำนานแรกๆ ที่กล่าวถึงเชียงใหม่ อย่างตำนานว่าด้วยพระธาตุในล้านนา กล่าวถึง ลัวะ ว่าเป็นชนพื้นเมืองมาก่อน ตำนานมูลศาสนา ชินกาลมาลีปกรณ์และจามเทวีวงศ์ กล่าวเปรียบเทียบลัวะ ว่าเป็นคนเกิด ในรอยเท้าสัตว์ ด้วยเหตุที่ ลัวะ ถือเอารูปสัตว์เป็นสัญลักษณ์ ตำนานรุ่นหลังอย่างตำนานสุวรรณคำแดง หรือ ตำนานเสาอินทขิล เล่าว่า ลัวะ เป็นผู้สร้าง เวียงเจ็ดลิน เวียงสวนดอก และเวียงนพบุรี หรือ เชียงใหม่ ลัวะ จึงน่าจะเป็นชนกลุ่มแรก ที่สร้างเมือง แต่ก่อนหน้านี้ ก็คงมีมนุษย์อาศัยอยู่ที่นี่ก่อนแล้ว แต่ยังไม่เป็นเมืองเต็มรูปแบบ

ใน ขณะเดียวกัน ที่ลำพูน ก็มีเมืองชื่อหริภุญไชย ตามตำนานการสร้างเมืองเล่าว่า พระนางจามเทวีวงศ์ ธิดากษัตริย์เมืองละโว้ เสด็จขึ้นมาครองหริภุญไชยใน พ.ศ.1310-1311 ครั้งนั้น พระนางได้พาบริวาร ข้าราชบริพาร ที่เชี่ยวชาญ ในศิลปวิทยาการต่างๆ ขึ้นมาด้วย หริภุญไชยจึงได้รับเอาพุทธศาสนาและศิลปวัฒนธรรม ละโว้ มาใช้ในการพัฒนาจนเจริญขึ้นเป็นแคว้นใหญ่ จวบจนประมาณปี พ.ศ.1839 พญามังราย ผู้สืบเชื้อสายมาจากปู่เจ้าลาวจก หรือ ลวจักราช เป็นกษัตริย์แห่งราชวงศ์ลาว ครองเมืองเงินยาง ซึ่งได้แผ่อำนาจครอบคลุมลุ่มแม่น้ำกก และได้สร้างเวียงเชียงราย ขึ้นเป็นกองบัญชาการ ซ่องสุมไพร่พล เพื่อยึดครองหริภุญไชย เนื่องจากหริภุญไชย เป็นเมืองศูนย์กลางความเจริญ และเป็นชุมทางการค้า พญา มังรายได้เข้ายึดครองหริภุญไชย แล้วประทับอยู่เพียง 2 ปี ก็ทรงย้ายไปสร้างเวียงกุมกาม ใน พ.ศ.1837 ก่อนจะย้ายมาสร้าง เวียงเชียงใหม่ ใน พ.ศ.1839 โดยได้ร่วมกับพระสหายคือ พญางำเมือง และพ่อขุนรามคำแหง สถาปนา “นพบุรีศรีนครพิงค์เชียงใหม่” ขึ้น พญา มังรายได้พัฒนาเมืองเชียงใหม่ ทั้งการก่อสร้างวัดวาอาราม มีการตรากฏหมายที่เรียกว่า “มังรายศาสตร์” รวมถึง รับเอาพุทธศาสนานิกายลังกาวงศ์ เข้ามาเผยแผ่ ในอาณาจักร ซึ่งทำให้พระภิกษุ ในล้านนา สนใจศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาเป็นอย่างมาก สมัยพระเจ้าติโลกราช กษัตริย์องค์ที่ 9 อาณาจักรล้านนา ได้ขยายออกไปอีกอย่างกว้างขวาง พร้อมกับได้ผูกสัมพันธไมตรี กับสมเด็จพระบรมไตรโลกนาถ แห่งกรุงศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งในสมัยของพระเจ้าติโลกราชนี้เอง ที่ได้มีการสังคายนาพระไตรปิฎก ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย  อาณาจักร ล้านนาเริ่มเสื่อมลงไปปลายสมัยพญาเมืองแก้ว เนื่องจากทำสงครามกับเชียงตุง พ่ายแพ้เสียชีวิตไพร่พลเป็นอันมาก ประกอบกับเกิดอุทกภัย กระทบถึงความมั่นคงของอาณาจักร เมืองในการปกครองเริ่มตีตัวออกห่าง พ.ศ.2101 ในสมัยมหาเทวีจิรประภา กษัตริย์องค์ที่ 15 พม่าได้ยกกองทัพมาตีเชียงใหม่ เพียง 3 วันก็เสียเมือง และกลายเป็นเมืองขึ้นของพม่ายาวนานถึง 216 ปี

ต่อ มาในปี พ.ศ.2317 พญาจ่าบ้านและพระเจ้ากาวิละ ได้ร่วมกันต่อต้านพม่า และอัญเชิญสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชแห่งกรุงธนบุรี ยกทัพมาขับไล่พม่าพ่ายแพ้ไป ต่อมาในสมัยสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลก ได้ทรงแต่งตั้งพระเจ้ากาวิละ ขึ้นครองเมือง ในฐานะเมืองประเทศราช พระเจ้ากาวิละ ได้ฟื้นฟูเชียงใหม่จนมีอาณาเขตกว้างขวาง การค้าขายรุ่งเรือง ขณะเดียวกันก็ได้จัดส่งบรรณาการ ส่วยสิ่งของและอื่นๆ ให้แก่กรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ ซึ่งยังมีอำนาจในการแต่งตั้งตำแหน่งเจ้าเมืองและขุนนางระดับสูงล่วง มาถึงสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 เมื่ออิทธิพลตะวันตกแผ่เข้ามาในเมืองไทย มีการปฏิรูปการปกครอง โดยผนวกดินแดนล้านนาเข้ามาเป็นมณฑลพายัพ แต่ก็ยังเป็นเมืองประเทศราชในอาณัติราชอาณาจักรสยาม ตรงกับรัชสมัยของเจ้าอินทวิชยานนท์ และรัชกาลที่ 5 ได้ทรงขอเจ้าดารารัศมี ธิดาของเจ้าอินทวิชยานนท์ไปเป็นชายา ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสองอาณาจักรใกล้ชิดกันยิ่งขึ้น  เมื่อ มีการสร้างทางรถไฟขึ้นในเวลาต่อมา ส่งผลให้เมืองเชียงใหม่ ขยายตัวยิ่งขึ้น และใกล้ชิดกรุงเทพฯ มากขึ้น ในปี พ.ศ.2475 เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครอง มณฑลเทศาภิบาลถูกยกเลิก เชียงใหม่มีฐานะเป็นจังหวัดหนึ่ง หลังจากนั้นเชียงใหม่พัฒนาขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จนมีความสำคัญรองจากกรุงเทพฯ เท่านั้น

อาณาเขต :  ทิศเหนือ ติดกับรัฐเชียงตุงของประเทศพม่า  ทิศใต้ ติดกับจังหวัดลำพูน และ จังหวัดตาก  ทิศตะวันออก ติดกับ จังหวัดลำปาง จังหวัดเชียงราย และ จังหวัดลำพูน ทิศตะวันตก ติดกับจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน  จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ แบ่งการปกครองออกเป็น 22 อำเภอและ 2 กิ่งอำเภอ คือ อำเภอเมือง อำเภอหางดง อำเภอแม่แตง อำเภอสารภี อำเภอสันกำแพง อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด อำเภอเชียงดาว อำเภอสันทราย อำเภอฝาง อำเภอฮอด อำเภออมก๋อย อำเภอพร้าว อำเภอแม่ริม อำเภอสะเมิง อำเภอจอมทอง อำเภอแม่แจ่ม อำเภอสันป่าตอง อำเภอแม่อาย อำเภอดอยเต่า อำเภอเวียงแหง อำเภอไชยปราการ อำเภอแม่วาง กิ่งอำเภอแม่ออน และกิ่งอำเภอดอยหล่อ
